With the purchase of my Microwave/ Double Convection Oven last month, (thank you to my Hubb for sponsoring that! Yipee!) suddenly I am all excited to try out delicious dishes from the new Manja Cookbook, although most of them are not neccessarily cooked using the oven!


Cant remember the real name for this dish but it has pan-fried Salmon, tomato and asparagus.

This is White cod fish with butter and lemon sauce and steam spinach and potatoes. The only thing missing from the recipe is the baby capers. Cant find them at Shop n Save. Any one know what that spice look like? Oh btw, cod fish is soooo expensive! Can you believe that 6 small pcs costs $13!

Since Nurul is always interested in whatever we are having for meals, on the day that we were having Spaghetti Bolognaise, I made an improvised version of Macaroni and Cheese, using chopped Spaghetti instead, for my her. Sorry no pics! And there was a day that I made Sabsuka, a baked dish of minced meat marinated with spices, green chillis and poached eggs. I made more so I gave some to my mom.
