A recap on the last Ramadan, the fasting month.

I am not very proud of it, but sad to say I only managed to fast 1 day, on the very first day of Ramadan. And I think I managed to go through fasting that first day, only because it was on a Sunday and I practically slept alot on that day!

Well, excuse me, before you start *Tsk*-ing, I would like to announce that I am officially excused from fasting, since I have already paid the Fidyah. I have tried to fast, on the first day, but I was feeling very weak and my stomach was hurting alot. And I believe it would do US more harm than good if I continue to fast.

I am officially a Preggie!

Well, maybe some of you may have gotten the news through the comments left by Coombee or Sop earlier on before my tag-board became history.

In the early stages, my hubb told me not to write about it in my blog. He didn't want me to get too excited coz the early stages were a bit scary and precarious. He didnt want me to have high hopes, juz in case...

But since that time, it would be very hard if I would still try to hide my fully "bloated" belly and the way that I walk now- like a gangster/ penguin (he said).

I had spotting in the early stages. Was on hormone tablets and had lots of MC- 2 wks to be exact. But at that stage, I was still feeling ay-ok. It was the stage after, that was the real test. While others at the I-DO Baby forum had morning sickness (Ms), I had MnNs (morning and night sickness). Before which I never did know that there was such a thing as Night sickness. It was awful.

It gave you no warning of such, strikes you out of the blue and makes you bedridden for at least 1hr. The slightest smell or sound irkes you. I had to stall my crafty ideas for the first few mths.

Now in my 2nd trimester, 4 mths to be exact. Things are gettin much better. I dont get as much MnNs but lots of back pain.

Really looking forward to my next Med Check at SGH in December. A full scan would be done then and maybe Iwill find out the gender.
