Well, Im back to work... Juz one day, tmrw Im on leave.....then Wed will b back again....sob..sob... Guess Im like Garfield, I hate Mondays!!!!!The weekend is sooo far away and the day seems to go sooo slow....
Thg is last wkend was so great tat I dread goin to wrk today, plus I have this flu. I hate gettin flu, esp wif blocked nose. Too cold n ur nose gets blocked, too warm n it starts to get runny....Ive been sick 3 times in the last mth, in the past, I dun get sick this often. My mum says Im too tired, my hubbs says Im nt gettin enuff rest...Hw can I wen there are always smething to do at hme...wen at hme, the clock seems to skip two whole hrs, eg. time nw is 8pm, the nxt time round I chanced to glance at the clock, it will be 10pm!!!! Still lots to do, yet not much time left...
Last Sat, I had quite a fullfilling day. First I was at Geylang-didnt get wat I wanted, but at least I had scanned all the shops, nw I know where to go the nxt time round. Then I met Yaz at Plaza Sing, we went window shoppin n I bought a few things:
1. A formal cum casual black tote that could carry an A4 size at a discounted price fr $29 to $25!
2. Under compliments by Yaz, I got a discounted This Fashion long skirt, at $20+.
3. A few tudongs...wch I never fail to buy everytime Im in Geylang.
For dinner, me n hubbs went to Newton Food ctr to have SEAFOOD!!!! We spent $37 on a grilled stingray, chilli crabs, fresh baby kailan....We were impressed by the service of this shop: Lucky Seafood, sorry dun know the stall no though, it is near a row of mama shop and a drink stall n had a big halal cert as a lighted signboard. The staff did nt tout us at all n best of all they let us sit there for as long as we want. Unlike the stall nearest to the main entrance, when they see that we are finishin, they wld std ard makin us feel uncomfortable. Really recommend this shp....
Me n Hubbs were sooooo full tha on the way back, in the bus, we zzzzzz......(lucky didnt miss the stop!)
That brings me back to my flu....i guess chilli crabs on top of durians made me sick....so I hav to go get dizzy wif the flu medcine....
